  • People Management, Resource Management
  • Can head any of the 3 groups (T2,, T3 or SI).
  • Mentor the team to be competitive, plan the training cycle to make sure the team is up to date on product features
  • Provide ideas to restore service as fast as possible to minimize service outage, or subscriber impact
  • Work with Vendors and Verizon development/QA team to implement final resolution
  • Provide feedback to engineering team to create operational improvements to the product
  • Work on creating system utilities that can help in troubleshooting
  • Come up with creative procedure/tools that can improve the efficiency of the team



  • Relevant industry experience (10+ years)
  • Analytical mind. Experience in isolating and solving complex problems in real time
  • Thrives on technical challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Linux, TCP/IP, javascript, Web Applications, Http, Diameter
  • Experience in real time operating systems a plus
