What you’ll be doing...

This role will assist in assuring the end to end experience for consumers is optimal, leading a strategy that assures media is executed with the full journey in consideration.

This candidate will be instrumental in partnering with various groups across the organization to assure consistent, easy experiences for customers and prospects. And, this candidate will use a test and learn approach to improving media results and driving sales growth overall for online and offline channels.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for leading the full end to end journey of consumers, via collaboration with media strategists, digital operations, and media ops teams.
  • Build test and learn strategies and assure data health and accuracy for optimizations on the end to end journey
  • Coordinate with creative strategy and assure the journey is consistent throughout the path
  • Integrate with analytics teams to provide insights to the business, with a perspective that transcends specific tactics our touch points of the journey
  • Support channel managers and media buyers to optimize their traffic and set-up tests on various campaigns
  • Drive efficiencies on media buying (especially bid based media) via an understanding of the impact the full journey has on the conversion (both online and offline)
  • Provide feedback, and insights, in collaboration with analytics teams to influence creative evolution and pathing changes

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Digital media experience, knowledge of programmatic display media and paid search.
  • Experience in eCommerce, or publisher side experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience working closely with creative teams or ad production.
  • Strategic, creative, excellent ability to work across various groups and collaborate.
  • Analytical, insightful and an ability to handle a large volume of work.
  • Experience working with Adobe technology and media planning and buying.
  • Strong organization and planning skills, and be a great team player.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, quickly changing environment – superior organization and time management skills.
