What you’ll be doing…

The Automation team is responsible for developing software that exercises existing and new functionality as it is being developed as well as monitoring our systems.


  • You won't be implementing specs from analysts and architects – you'll participate with analyst and architects and influence design solutions with testing in mind.
  • You'll automate and innovate.
  • You won't push just one technology agenda – you choose the best tool for the problem at hand.
  • You believe that the craft of software engineering is about writing code right the first time.
  • For you, code reviews and automated testing are not chores – they’re a core part of writing great software.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience reviewing external test technologies and products for their applicability to specific projects or overall QA needs and is able to compare various solutions to select the one most appropriate for the project and company.
  • Experience with working with high volume web systems or large transaction client-server systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, especially the ability to articulate.
  • Advanced technical topics to both technical and non-technical staff;
  • Business issues/concerns with staff, peers, superiors, and outside parties (e.g. vendors, partners).
  • 8 years minimum work experience with relevant technologies and with designing, implementing, administering, and supporting QA test systems
  • Programming: Java
  • Databases: MS SQL
  • Familiarity with CICD;
  • Build automation; i.e. Jenkins
  • Revision control; i.e GitHub, GitLab
  • Programming: Javascript, C#, Python, Perl, and similar languages
  • Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, OS X, iOS, Android
  • Understanding of VoIP and SIP protocols
  • Experience with automated testing of IVR flows
  • Experience with Genesys 8.x platform a plus
  • Experience with Linux/Unix OS system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures
  • Experience in networking and application layer protocols.
  • Deep knowledge of Internet technologies.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience with the cloud or container technologies is a plus.
  • Experience working with complex infrastructure is a plus.
  • Experience/Knowledge with Things Space (IOT) is a plus
