As a Project Manageryou will take ownership of large complex client programmes so we can deliver and complete on schedule, on quality assured and within budget. You are the person you customer trusts as you deliver a plan and coordinate the project to satisfaction, keeping your client regularly informed of progress, and ensuring that all parties' commitments and demands are delivered against.

Your task will be:

•Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads

•Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed

•Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments

•Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports

•Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams

•Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis

•Prepare and document Day 1/Day 2 support documentation and acceptance criteria

•Oversee and drive establishment of SLA/OLA agreements

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Project Management experience, ideally in the Telecommunications or IT environment or equivalent experience.
  • Resilient attitude and customer mindset to deliver and achieve a positive customer appreciation.
  • Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills and experience at executive level.
  • A Project management qualification (e.g. Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certifications).
  • Good level of technical experience within Network and IT services.
  • Fluency in English
