What you’ll be doing…
We have an immediate need for a Product Owner to join our Product Management team. This role will be focused on the Field Service Management side of our product portfolio and you will be working closely with Engineering, UX and the Business to define and ensure the success of our Field Service Management products.

Responsibilities:
• Have a clear understanding of the strategic vision for your product area and ensure the vision is continuously communicated to all stakeholders within the business and R&D to ensure successful delivery
• Own and maintain the backlog for the area you are working in and ensure it is continuously prioritized
• Ensure all projects are well defined with clear business cases and success metrics
• Collaborate with the design team to deliver and shape a great user
• Write high quality User stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Work within the agile cross functional team delivery team to build and deliver high quality software which solves real Customer problems
• Work as a conduit between the business and the delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to Customers and the Business
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Engineering, UX, Product Management and the wider business to ensure successful build and market launch
• Communicate progress, challenges, and needs to the leadership team

• The ideal candidate will obsess about the Customer experience and continuously drive initiatives to improve it.
• Comfortable working with Engineering and UX functions as well as the wider Customer facing organization
• 6 – 8 years experience working in an agile software development environment (Scrum/Kanban)
• 3 – 5 years experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst within a cross functional team
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Basic understanding of modern web development technologies and languages
• Hard working self-starter capable of learning quickly
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Even better if you have:

• Proven experience leading a team or mentoring junior members.
• Experience building sound business cases and conducting competitor analysis.
