Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, colleagues and 3rd part providers
  • Raise and manage cases in Salesforce
  • Identify issues, obtain relevant details, troubleshoot, investigate and/or escalate as required
  • Take ownership of cases, following up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide advice on training

    What we’re looking for...

    You'll need to have:

    • Customer service experience – ideally in call centre
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Able to prioritise with minimal supervision
    • Willing to work rostered shifts between 8am and 6pm
    • Happy working under pressure
    • Proficient with MS Office suite

    Even better if you have experience with:

    • Vehicle tracking/telematics
    • Salesforce/CRM applications
    • Mobile communications
