What you’ll be doing...

As the Manager of Traffic & Attribution, you will be responsible for attribution and traffic by developing and maintaining attribution model and providing in depth traffic analysis and insights. Attribution includes working effectively with Paid Media and CRM to drive business results and maximize media and CRM spend and overall marketing ROI. You will play a critical role ensuring a data driven approach is consistently executed across the marketing mix. You will need to be a true business partner to the organization, and possess the ability to work cross functionally to develop marketing efforts and turn insights into impactful strategic business actions.

  • Lead a team of data analytic resources charged with enhancing and maintaining Omni and attribution EDW tables and analyzing the evolution of attribution and traffic to impact the customer experience.
  • Understand and influence business strategy and design the analytical solutions to support the implementation of traffic initiatives.
  • Lead partner for Digital Leadership to engage on shifts in strategic direction and the underlying analysis needed to support that shift.
  • Liaise with any/all analytical resources embedded within the different sales support functions within Digital Operations.
  • Main resource for non-Digital entities at Verizon to ascertain performance metrics related to their own business objectives. Inclusive of finance, channel strategy, product teams.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables to the team, guiding team on report design, logic, and presentation of critical business analysis.
  • Oversee and prioritize analytics projects related to cross-channel, attribution and Omni methodologies, return on marketing spend models, testing, and reporting delivered on web metrics from agency and vendor partners.
  • Develop automated solutions for sales related trends and alerts for statistically significant deviations from trend.
  • Lead and define the analytical strategy of the channel and implement a suite of tools, solutions, and curriculum in partnership with the training teams to maximize Verizon investments in the Digital Operations channel.
  • Manage a channel lead (who directly reports into individual) to ensure all needs of specific channel are being addressed, obtain requirements, and socialize/educate on the availability of existing reports as well as the usage of existing analytical tools and methodologies.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Teradata.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with web key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic conversion rate.
  • Experience with analytics and analyzing data, developing insights off of information and trends.
  • Experience with SQL and SQL scripting.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, R, or Adobe Data Workbench.
  • Experience developing and launching analytics insights programs and programs that use analytics to drive results in the business.
