What you’ll be doing...

Coordinate multiple projects across IT by putting together detailed project plans and task/milestone assignments/level of effort estimates across project tasks and resources; relay project plans to all involved parties and act as the point of contact for any issues that arise in the Project/Program Lifecycle; coordinate and lead sessions with proper stakeholders to resolve any conflicts/issues that arise across a program/project; work with PMO on status reporting and timelines; adhere to proper change management processes, ensure action items and decision points are shared and agreed upon across key stakeholders; align with VZW/Product/GTM release schedules to determine production migration timelines; assess stakeholder needs and issues, and document scope and ROI documents; learn and adapt to various business systems and adhere to an agreed upon project management methodology and process; work with vendors to ensure business needs are met and projects are moving in accordance with agreed upon timelines and budget; gather and document system requirements; document required processes for large IT initiatives; manage multiple portfolios driving significant integrations and enhancements to business systems processes spanning multiple departments and organizations, including cross organization integrations, new system implementations, management of key initiatives across the Data Warehouse, Infrastructure, IT Security, and IT Operations teams as well as integrations with other entities; lead and/or assist with IT project prioritization efforts across departments and communicate ETA’s to stakeholders; assist in developing IT roadmaps based on departmental needs and key initiatives.

What we’re looking for...

Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 3 years of experience with IT project management for system enhancements and new implementations, including project planning and resource tracking. In lieu of Master’s degree and 3 years of experience, employer will accept Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above followed by 5 years of progressive experience in the skill sets stated above. Experience therein to include 1 year with 3rd party vendors management and managing multiple projects under a particular program or portfolio.
