  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and other teams.
  • Raise and manage cases in Salesforce.
  • Identify issues, obtain relevant details, troubleshoot, investigate and/or escalate as required
  • Take ownership of cases, following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide advice on training.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience supporting software or web based product preferred
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to clearly and effectively interact and communicate with customers in a friendly and
  • personable manner via multiple channels (phone, email)
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills;
  • Desire and ability to provide an outstanding customer experience and go the extra mile in everything you do.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to translate technical terms to non-technical language

Even better if you have

  • bachelor's degree
  • experience with GSuite
