What you’ll be doing...

You will lead a team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of market wide insights and analytics to address and resolve issues and opportunities. This includes ad hoc and ongoing analysis of market, sub-market, channel and segment program performance including data procurement through various tools including Essbase, Teradata, OLAP Cubes and dashboards. You will be responsible for delivering overall marketing program effectiveness measurement strategy and ROI evaluations and will work directly with HQ teams including Strategy & Distribution, base marketing and Promotions development to collaborate on marketing initiative development. Working cross functionally with teams, you will develop and maintain an environment capable of inter-communication and metric consistency. You will play a key role in development of market growth and retention strategies. You will provide professional businesses insights, business case development, communicate performance, make recommendations, and enable important decision-making around top initiatives for market leadership. Also, you will provide guidance, coaching and development to team members on data insights development and recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for partnering with HQ and developing the local strategy and execution of tools and programs focused on driving loyalty and retention, as well as growth and revenue from our consumer customer base.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in reporting, financial analysis, or marketing business insights.

Even better if you have

  • Master's degree.
  • 5 or more years of experience in reporting, financial analysis, or marketing business insights.
  • 3 or more years of experience in management or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to perform needs assessment, make recommendations and execute change.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with capability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • Ability to develop strong internal relationships with all levels of management, including executive leadership and demonstrated ability to build consensus.
  • Strong working knowledge of UDM, Business Dashboards (Peak, BIS, B2B, EIS) and other business applications.
  • Ability to be results oriented, proactive, and flexible with a strong sense of urgency.
