What you’ll be doing...

You are a self-motivated, high-achieving, organized PM who likes to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You like to play a key role in developing and delivering key marketing objectives by prioritizing and executing the projects that deliver results.


    • Lead the planning, prioritization and management of inbound project requests from concept through completion under tight schedules; including defining milestones and schedules, and facilitating cross-functional communication
    • Establish processes, workflows, tools and documentation that set the team up for success and help them work more efficiently to deliver results; become champion of killer brief emphasizing integrated campaigns
    • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver work in a way that builds trust with brand, field and business teams
    • Oversee projects in Workfront project management system, including updating projects in Workfront with the latest status
    • Clearly communicate project queue status, challenges and priorities to cross-functional teams and business leadership
    • Proactively identify risks and create plans to resolve them in a timely manner
    • Produce weekly project status reports for senior administration review; weekly report to all marketing summarizing campaign completion

What we’re looking for...

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent agency or in-house Creative Services work experience
    • 3-5 years of project management or agency account experience in Creative Services role
    • Experience with a variety of media
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Detail oriented and able to see the big picture
    • Ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems
    • Ability to pivot and work in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in both an advertising agency and in-house studio
    • Good understanding of digital content
    • Experience with premium brands a plus
    • B2B and B2C experience (including retail) a plus
    • Proven experience in people relationship management, strategic planning, and change management and negotiation
