What you’ll be doing...

You will be allocated customers across our French or German region depending on your language preferences. This is an exciting opportunity to use your language skills to enable success! Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);

  • Supporting network optimization and business continuity activities.
  • Resolving incidents and problems that impact customers’ service availability with escalation when appropriate
  • Providing recommendations to resolve problems based on research and analysis of incidents
  • Producing a variety of reports to monitor the performance of our services
  • Maintaining communication lines with assigned customer to manage service expectations.
  • Partnering with the account team and other cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

You’ll need to have:

  • French AND/ OR German language skills- speaking, reading, writing
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office product suite.
