The Finance Organization

The position is responsible for the Communications program for the Finance Transformation office. You will demonstrate your proficiency in the delivery of communications across a variety of platforms including webcasts, website updates, email communications and meeting presentations.

  • Working with members of the Finance Transformation Leadership team to facilitate communications designed to promote awareness of the transformation work streams and initiatives.
  • Managing the overall content management of presentations for executives within the Finance Transformation Office.
  • Partnering with content contributors across multiple organizations on providing expectations and leveraging feedback from leadership.
  • Providing guidance on topics, content, and design for executive presentations leveraging business partners’ expertise for deeper design requirements.
  • Keeping content contributors engaged with regular reminders via email, instant message, and in-person meetings.
  • Updating content / deck design based on feedback from leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Providing regular meeting support by driving conversations, notating recommendations and feedback, and managing action items.
  • Managing follow-up and delivery of action items.
  • Distributing presentations to attendees for appropriate meetings.
  • Taking a proactive approach and sustaining a fully engaged mindset for all communications and executive interactions.
  • Updating and maintaining a quality assurance checklist to ensure all communications sent on behalf of the Finance Transformation Office adhere to rigorous standards.
  • Providing leadership and guidance for up to three direct reports.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with program communications.
  • Strong business acumen and active listening skills.
  • Solid track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort with strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Confidence, poise and presence necessary to interface effectively with senior executives as well as business partners.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively in a high-performance environment.
  • Resourceful problem solving skills with the ability to formulate and execute plans efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to tailor messages for target audiences with experience in presentation design.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite and Google suite.
