  • Change company culture/processes to be APM centric: motivate, train and enable other employees to be effective Dynatrace users.
  • Diagnose problems in various software stacks (.NET, JavaScript, Redis, RabbitMQ, Postgres and many more), while providing direction to stakeholders.
  • Findresource bottlenecks and performance problems in production code.
  • Interact with APIs and write integration tools to enhance the way Dynatrace is consumed and configured.
  • Produce meaningful graphs and summaries for the rest of the company to consume.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in the software industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to monitor and troubleshoot problems, from both an infrastructure as well as an application perspective.
  • Strong analytical skills with emphasis on problem resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Strong ability to read and understand stack traces and exception messages, even in unfamiliar languages.
  • Experience creating integrations, working with APIs and making dashboards.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Experience with performance profiling and diagnostic tools (e.g. Perfview, WinDBG).
  • Ability to work with other infrastructure engineers, developers, QA, and support.
  • Ability to maintain high productivity with limited direction.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience with Dynatrace or other APM or software monitoring stacks would be sufficient.
