What you’ll be doing...

  • Monitoring and managing remote customer devices and responding to intrusion and availability alerts in a timely manner.
  • Performing implementation of security measures to the customer's infrastructure: service request, security patches, and software updates.
  • Performing regular checks on managed customer devices.
  • Writing and maintaining computer security policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Performing analysis of trends of security events and fine-tune incident detection and reporting.
  • Providing guidance, technical, and troubleshooting support on Tier 2 escalations.
  • Defining implementation plan to prepare changes.
  • Working a flexible schedule as necessary.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with hands on implementation, configuration, and support of firewall.
  • Experience working across multiple vendor security devices and technologies, including mainly Firewalls & IDS/IPS but also Routers, switches, etc.
  • Communication skills – listening as well as verbal and written communication with technician to executive level.
  • Security certifications or vendor certifications.
