  • Conduct and manage training, configuration, accounting integration, data analysis, problem resolution, and implementation needs for new customer accounts on SaaS based workforce management product
  • Own all aspects of the implementation process, including configuration and training
  • Document, track, and provide status updates on all projects via SalesForce
  • Tailor customers’ Work system to their business needs and train them on best practices
  • Consult customers on best practice methodology as well as specific industry related practices to maximize value
  • Follow standard project management methodology and tracking
  • Become a subject matter expert; highlight solution benefits and ensure customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve customer questions and issues.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

What we’re looking for...

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years in client facing implementation, training, or support role

Even better if you have:

  • 3-4 years in client facing implementation and training role for a SaaS based software technology firm
  • Accounting software experience (specifically QuickBooks) a STRONG plus
  • Technical background with proven knowledge of SaaS applications, software configuration, and accounting software
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and presentation skills with customer centric approach
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (specifically Excel), SalesForce, and common web browsers
