We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Ads team. You’ll be responsible for leading the team that builds meaningful connections between small businesses and advertising opportunities and users, while working closely with YSB engineering and business teams to drive ads user experience and advertiser value.

  • Initiating and defining the product vision and strategy for Ads in collaboration with the Head of YSB and key stakeholders from senior management.
  • Leading a team of product managers across the full product life cycle from strategy through execution.
  • Collaborating with engineering, business, and legal teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize activities, and execute on projects on schedule to ensure product milestones and delivery are met.
  • Developing performance metrics to assess product success, and initiating and communicating product launches/iterations as part of the go-to-market strategy and engagement with marketing teams.
  • Working with engineers and designers to improve product performance and consumer experience.

What we’re looking for...

You are a highly engaged professional with the ability to build collaboration, and drive strategic direction by raising visibility of trends, issues, and opportunities across the organization. You have the attention for details to connect the dots and to ensure key business deliverables are met.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience building adtech/martech products.
  • Five or more years of experience leading and managing product management teams in digital ads.

Even better if you have:

  • MS/PhD in Computer Engineering.
  • MBA degree.
  • Experience navigating business, technical, operational, and legal complexities to drive large scale product ideation, development, and implementation on schedule.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience and ability to thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Experience building products for small and medium businesses and/or developer communities.
  • Understanding of web hosting, domains and business email products.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to develop strategies and provide recommendations to the vast leadership teams.
