What you’ll be doing...

As our Creative Producer you will be responsible for all aspects of our creative process including:-

  • Creative strategy: this role has a deep understanding of business objectives, priorities, and target customer. It is responsible for aligning creative planning with these priorities to ensure work directly ties to defined, measurable objectives. The role has a direct working relationship with our creative agency team and is the liaison for all business strategy for when it comes to photography and video production.
  • Creative production: the role is responsible for executing and producing original photography, video and digital design work. This work requires expertise in using specialized production equipment and production software. The person in this role works in partnership with our creative agency, development agency, and internal UX team to directly create customer-facing assets within our web and app experience.
  • Mentoring and partnering: the role partners with our internal creative resources to establish alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice. This involves working together to develop scripts for videos, end-cards and other creative assets. The role also provides guidance on recommended training for creative peers to ensure the team members’ skills are current.
  • Creative-related administration: the role is responsible for dictating what needed tools, equipment and software are required for the entire internal creative team and establishing and managing to the related budget.
  • Strategic Content Creation: The role is responsible for developing content strategy to help members self-serve due to our digital-only business model. You will leverage consumer research, social listening, and analysis into what our customers and potential customers ask and want to know about most and develop unique, engaging digital content forms to help them self-serve to drive contacts away from our care team and drive business costs down. This same content also allows us to market effectively to new customers by illustrating our engaging brand voice.
  • Resource Management: The role is responsible for overseeing agency resources across several agencies. Often touching the same work, all of these resources need strategic directives and the role acts as the creative director and producer across these resources. Ultimately, this individual is responsible for developing a strategy to bring our creative work in-house. This helps maximize our talent and lower fees for agencies.

What we’re looking for...

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in an agency preferred
  • Experience working in video, production and print would be ideal
  • Demonstrated track record is crafting strategy, execution plans and deliver successful, commercial content
  • Advanced knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (or industry equivalent) software, including Premiere Pro required; knowledge of graphics design and manipulation (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and audio editing
  • Knowledge of other multimedia software (AVID editing systems, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools audio editing) a plus
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the digital post-production process
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management across the organization required
