As a member of the Field Marketing team, the Program Manager engages in sales administration, creates system efficiencies that increase the productivity of Sales and performs marketing enablement functions.

Responsibilities will include curating strategic sales content and establish governance procedures that streamline content creation, management, and deletion.

The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the creative, product, and go to market teams to plan for the creation, delivery, and governance of useful, usable content.”

Complete content audit and gap analysis bi-annually to assign value to content effectiveness.

Identify where there are gaps in industry, prospect concern, stage, and persona

Leverage research on buyer behavior to better identify what type of content our prospects consume in mid/late-funnel by market segment. Utilize this research to further identify gaps in content strategy

Work with creative team to include additional content sources such as blog posts, industry articles, press releases, etc

Ongoing stakeholder interviews across marketing, product, sales, and customer success to identify areas of attention and prioritization for the business to align with platform and content optimization

Support stakeholder teams in providing ongoing training in the forms of in-person, online, and training documents

Support stakeholder teams in providing dashboards and reports in Salesforce to understand adoption as well as advanced reporting on how Seismic affects: stick rate; what content is most effective at each stage; Sales behavior (optimal # of assets, does it increase engagement when used as a cold messaging tool, timing – sending immediately after the call vs waiting until end of day, etc.)

Highly developed communication skills with the ability to develop a clear strategy for inspiring and engaging the audience. A strong understanding of the users/consumers, and the ability to anticipate needs by understanding behavior.

What we’re looking for...

Manage, promote, and maintain Seismic, the content management tool and guided selling platform
Manage, contribute, and publish content to support sales
Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives with keyword optimization, content tagging, and metadata management
Provide insights on content utilization, rating, and impact using content management systems and web analytics tools
Collaborate with Field Marketing Manager’s to optimize content quality and sales guidance

Motivated to win for the team and eager to get the work done, so you’re the first one to roll up your sleeves and dive in
3+ years in content management, B2B marketing, or digital communications
Experience supporting a global sales team (preferred)
Seismic experience (preferred)
Experience with salesforce.com
Excellent oral and written communication skills
