What you’ll be doing...

Role Overview:

Brand identity professional responsible for leading strategic naming and identity process in support of Consumer Goods and project work-streams. Lead and structure identity development programs in partnership with integrated marketing and business leads. Accountable for the alignment of objectives and successful end-to-end project stewardship- champion of total work-stream rigor.

Functional Ownership of:

  • Brand architecture and Naming strategy
  • Identity development and deployment
  • Naming & Identity Project Briefing, Scoping, and Planning
  • Data, Insights, and success metrics (brand=business)
  • Agency management and performance
  • Budget planning and management
  • Cross Organizational Process Stewardship and Rigor

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • 10 or more years in role as account executive/lead at identity, naming/strategy agency and/or comparable client-side corporate identity/communications role.
  • Developed and demonstrated skills in:
    • Leadership/management of complex brand identity programs and projects for leading premium product or service brands- technology a plus.
    • Strategic consultation in the value of naming and identity in the business and marketing mix
    • Advanced knowledge of research and insight practices and their role in identity/naming process
    • Strong client/stakeholder engagement orientation with prerequisite business acumen and interpersonal communication skills
    • Exceptional written communication; creative briefing in particular
    • Operational discipline
