The individual will provide the first point-of-contact support to a diverse set of customers including but not limited to Sales Velocity Team, Legal, Finance and Operations. They will ensure new orders are in accordance with company policies and procedures and proactively address a wide range of issues, questions and requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and pre-qualify all orders for processing.
  • Process and enter orders in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Audit contract documentation and orders to confirm the timely and accurate completion of order requests including the receipt of required support documentation and approvals.
  • Ensure that all transactions are being accurately updated and completed in the order system on a timely basis.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales personnel and internal staff.
  • Quickly resolve issues and proactively resolve process issues that can contribute to customer dissatisfaction.
  • Manage daily workload to meet or exceed all turnaround-time goals.
  • Maintain Orders email inbox and address all concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist the Collections Team with daily remittances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You'll need to have:

  • Excellent time management, high attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and comply with tight deadlines.
  • A team player attitude and capability of working independently, making judgment calls and taking ownership of outcome.
  • The ability to prioritize and produce a high volume of work quickly and accurately with a sense of urgency.
  • Hands-on, proactive mentality with desire and ability to seek out and implement best practices.
  • 1-3 years of experience in order entry and/or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven financial systems and business application skills (Netsuite, Salesforce) are preferred.
  • Position requires scheduling flexibility, which may include some weekends and ability to work defined schedules based on business needs.
