What you’ll be doing...

The Analyst – Churn/Loyalty works on a team that will provide comprehensive, accurate and timely analysis and insights into key churn performance metrics for the Wireless Business Group and its competitors. This role provides support for communicating findings and recommendations to decision-makers in driving company goals.

Principal Responsibilities

Data Analysis

Use independent judgment to gather, organize and analyze large amounts of information, while maintaining a high level of accuracy to complete the following:

  • Develop reporting on churn trending and historical results, including:
    • Competitive port ratios
    • Zero usage lines by product, account
    • Suspended line implications
  • Leverage Enterprise LNP Dashboards and Analysis Cubes to identify emerging high risk segments and assist with building effective plans to proactively prevent churn.
  • Analyze vertical module performance for “deep dives” to identify competitive challenges and performance drivers. Develop recommendations to improve business results.
  • Analyze primary and secondary market research to determine impact of competitive activity on key market metrics and evaluate effectiveness of competitor initiatives on performance.

Communication

  • Communicate findings, recommendations and analysis to a variety of functional areas across the organization, including senior management, marketing, finance, sales and training teams.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to facilitate management decision-making, including intelligence briefings, situational analysis and intelligence executive summaries.
  • Use strong verbal and written communications skills to effectively deliver market intelligence via in-person presentations, conference calls and written documents.
  • Establish strong partnerships with Market & HQ B2B counterparts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of analysis and recommendations.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Minitab.
  • Expeirence gathering and analyzing large amounts of data.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • SQL experience.
  • Expeirence presenting to stakeholders.
  • Experience in wireless telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in marketing or finance-related roles, such as market research, financial analysis, pricing, product marketing or strategic planning.
