What you’ll be doing...

The digital marketing team is taking on more responsibilities as the company continues to grow. We need additional members of the team to help manage and ensure a quality ROI of our marketing dollars to grow the Visible business.

We are launching digital media campaigns across multiple different digital media platforms. The scale of our spend in digital marketing channels will require in-depth analysis on campaign performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, Online Video, Online Audio, and additional marketing partnerships. Analysis of the performance requires a detailed understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and the ability to synthesize data and derive actionable insights to optimize the performance of this media.

This new position will lead the creation and trafficking of all campaign media. This role will require leadership, delegation, and analysis of campaign performance and partnership with our media agency, product teams, design agency, and internal marketing stakeholders. You will have an in-depth understanding of marketing concepts, member psychology, and technical abilities in digital marketing platforms.

This is a full-time positionin Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.

Your Role

Your primary responsibilities include managing the day to day digital media campaign operations, plus:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams and media agencies to assess data infrastructure and define requirements
  • You will create new strategies to inform the development of new creative, testing plans, insight discovery, and decisive changes to optimize media in real time
  • Lead cross-functional internal teams on new features being launched in the product as the go-to market digital person
  • Monitor and analyze data pipeline and marketing performance in relation to the pulse of the business, and own quality assurance and ongoing debugging of analytics channels
  • Assist in development of marketing campaign measurement plans and ongoing optimization of campaign activities according to data analysis
  • Interact with technical analytics & measurement operations teams as well as individual channel owners at the media agency.
  • Support ongoing and ad hoc data pull, analysis, and reporting needs

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of mobile and / or digital analytics or marketing experience, including media buying or agency experience
  • in-depth knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems including media tags, ad platforms, data analysis, and user behavior.

Even better if you have

  • Proven experience of successfully managing and deploying digital marketing platforms and tools, including but not limited to Adobe suite of products, DoubleClick and AdWords, search and display platforms, plus social platforms
  • An in-depth knowledge of paid search, paid social platforms, Display (Programmatic and Native), and Direct Media Buys
  • Deep knowledge of DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Adwords Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ad Manager, Snapchat Ad Manager, Media Data Management Platform (DMP), and Demand-Side Platforms (DSP)
  • Google Analytics experience would be ideal
  • A deep understanding of user behavior and the ability to translate data informed learnings into recommendations for creative design and media placement.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, as well as to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
