We are looking for a motivated Support Engineer to join our team. Ideally you will have a proven record of providing a high standard of customer support to a range of customers. For the right person, this role could lead to exciting opportunities within the technical support team and beyond.


  • Setting up and training new customers.
  • Answer customer queries about Verizon products.
  • Resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Research or escalate cases requiring additional attention.
  • Identify and define ways of improving our customer’s experience.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Experience delivering hardware or software support services.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills.
  • Flawless verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise quickly, in tight timeframes.
  • Initiative and self-motivation.

Even better if you have:

  • A tertiary qualification, ideally in computer science, engineering or similar.
