Functional Responsibilities:

  • Performing fault identification, diagnosis and resolution on a 24x7 basis.
  • Taking corrective actions for all incidents on the customers’ network.
  • Communicating with the customer, vendors and internal teams.
  • Initiating and driving activities to restore the service.
  • Engaging and working with internal teams and/or external vendors.
  • Working closely with engineering teams responsible for the design of the customers’ solution.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Fluency in English.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Basic understanding of networking – routing, switching and wireless technologies at minimum CCENT level.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability.
  • Team-player mindset with demonstrated excellent communications skills and structured work approach.
  • Focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Service mentality.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodology.
  • Cisco certification like CCNA, CCNP.
  • Experience in service provider or a skilled service desk environment.
  • ITIL Foundation v3 Certification.
  • Experience with MS-Office applications.
