The position’s primary function(s) are to liaise with the Implementation Specialist to understand the customers’ workflow, automate customers’ paper process by creating a digital version of hard copy forms, utilizing macros, VLOOKUPs and Conditional formatting to aid in the cleansing and importing of customer data into the WORK database and the creation of ad hoc reports.

  • Support Implementation team with onboarding new accounts by utilizing Microsoft Word templates with merge fields to configure customer templates and Microsoft Excel to import/export data.
  • Own all aspects and working with customer to make sure data is configured correctly prior to uploading of data.
  • Utilize tools to analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures.
  • Conduct complicated setup, configuration, data mining, troubleshooting and data cleansing.
  • Make technology easily understandable for end users and showcase value to their business.
  • Document, track, and provide regular status updates on data upload via Salesforce.
  • Provide consistent and concise communication with the implementation team.
  • Assist with sales engineering on key accounts, work with sales team to understand client requirements.
  • Assist management in developing and refining implementation processes and documentation.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours to complete project tasks or serve clients in other time zones.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and presentation skills with customer centric approach.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; with the ability to present a plan, building confidence and trust with clients, while presenting solutions and quickly resolving issues.
  • Ability to spend all day working at a desk using a PC and telephone.
