Cyber Security Manager

We are looking for a new and engaged team member for customer's group security. Group Security brings together international security expertise. It provides strategies, concepts, guidelines, methods and security services across the Group to continually improve the protection of customers, employees and business partners as well as assets and information. In addition, it assumes a key function in the transfer of security know-how within the Group.

Your tasks:

  • Research Cyber Security technologies & market trends and evaluate them in alignment with the Cyber Security Architects and Engineers.
  • Evaluate on a regular or event driven basis customer’s Cyber Security situation & performance (Cyber Security Maturity- CSM) and report the results to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Based on the Cyber Security situation & performance report, find options on how to mitigate Cyber Security risks and define security measures together with subject matter experts. Proposals for decisions are presented to management.
  • Support IT supply chain management (i.e. conduct internal and external IT service provider audits).
  • Establish a network of Cyber Security subject matter experts and IT operatives to effectively mitigate Cyber Security risks.
  • Establish agreements with IT colleagues on response capabilities of IT to Cyber Security risks (example: patch management).
  • Ensure that management can make decisions (both short term and long term).
  • Ensure that all stakeholders and contributing parties are appropriately included in the Cyber Security process optimization (e.g. incident response, vulnerability management).
  • Ensure the quality of Cyber Security services for the supported business and IT initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure Cyber Security compliance with the IT-Security regulations (Cyber Security Baseline) and other relevant company internal policies.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in IT Security.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in business, information technology or similar education.
  • Five or more years of experience in IT Security.
  • Proven knowledge of international standards as well as additional qualification (e.g. CISSP or equivalent).
  • Proven knowledge/experience in the field of IT-Security.
  • Other expert qualification (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, or specific technologies like MDM, IPS/IDS, etc.).
  • Demonstrated strong consultancy skills (communication skills, customer focus, and ability to structure.
