What you’ll be doing...

You’ll play a vital role in creating our employee communications on pay related and time reporting matters and maintain the payroll communications calendar. You’ll update payroll related methods and procedures and our documents in systems. Updating our global payroll web page while keeping the end-user search experience on your radar. You’ll be part of a dedicated, innovative team serving our most important asset--our people.

  • Maintaining relevant messages in our timekeeping system, employee self-serve, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
  • Acting as a project manager on new implementations, enhancements and changes in system functionality to meet service levels or improve customer satisfaction.
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment to assist the Employee Payroll Support Team and Supervisors.
  • Assisting Payroll Admins with questions and customer escalations via incoming calls and emails.

You have a drive to deliver superior customer service. Assessing a situation quickly and coming up with solutions comes naturally to you. Skilled at developing and nurturing strong business relationships, you are able to persuade and motivate others to achieve optimal outcomes that are mutually beneficial. You are a strong team player with the ability to take ownership of your work.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Certified Payroll Professional Certification, or FPC.
  • Finance operations experience such as Payroll.
  • Flexibility with scheduling to meet processing demands.
  • Advanced experience with proof-reading and editing communications.
  • Experience writing Methods and Procedures, Job Aids or similar material.
  • Customer service skills and background.
  • Ability to multi-task, support day to day activities while managing customer inquiries.
  • Quantitative, organizational and analytical skills.
