What you’ll be doing...

Join our Information Security team where you will be responsible for project management of the overall Security Testing and Solutions team. Developing the necessary security awareness across the various development and testing teams is the main goal of this team. To accomplish this, the team is responsible for building hands-on security training tools within the DevOps environment, and security-vulnerable apps that can be used to test the security knowledge of developers.

You will own the project, release and capacity management support for multiple tools like IBM Guardium, Threat Modeling, Fortify, Prevoty, etc. You will prepare overall delivery schedule and time line, escalating issues internally and externally to meet deliverables and reporting status of the project to management.

  • Drive complex projects and programs to achieve targeted and measured business goals and key objectives.
  • Coordinate and schedule resources across multiple organizations to align project requirements with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify, monitor, report and escalate project-related issues to achieve timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and overall business objectives.
  • Utilize project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestones completions, project issues, corrective action plans, project jeopardies, and overall project completions.
  • Maintain excellent communication with functional team members and direct management to ensure early identification of issues and a timely reporting of status.
  • Provide input to teams as needed for guidance on Cyber Security matters, Cyber security knowledge and best practices.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • PMP certification.
  • CISSP certification.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of managing application development or network projects.
  • Strong technical and project management knowledge.
  • Experience working with application teams.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills for inter-organizational communications.
  • Proven strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion.
  • Experience making independent decisions based on policies, practices and project requirements.
