What you’ll be doing...

Full-time role in Customer Operations department of managing installation orders with end-to-end accountability in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. Daily activities include arranging tech. visit appointments at customer locations (to install telematics equipment in their fleet), interacting with contractors and assuring high customer satisfaction and low disruption levels.

Essential job functions:

    • Manage available installation orders by distributing it to contractors, control the progress and assure completion in defined period of time;
    • Contact customers to schedule tech. visit appointments at customer locations, while coordinating with contractors;
    • Escalate all issues with Operations Management teams and propose suitable resolutions;
    • Address customer service issues with immediate response;
    • Own each installation order with end-to-end accountability;
    • Participate on weekly installations reviews providing updates on outstanding orders;
    • Meet defined scheduling targets.

    • Well-developed time management and prioritization skills;
    • Full end-to-end accountability for each installation order;
    • Fluent verbal and written Polish language skills are required (mandatory);
    • Communicative verbal and written English language skills are required (mandatory);
    • Communicative verbal and written skills of German and/or Dutch language are an advantage (not mandatory);
    • Strong communication and listening skills;
    • High attention to details.
