What you’ll be doing...

This manager will be part of the consumer segment marketing team supporting the development of segmentation led value propositions for our core wireless business. This role will manage the needs for new product and program development as well as market strategy and integration of services.

The role will assist in development of the business case for innovative customer centric programs that have market differentiation and strong sustainability to increase our subscriber base. You will need to possess strong financial understanding and ability to analyze data to build the business case. You will need to have experience in building requirements for segmentation and research.

What we’re looking for...

You will be able to establish a strong vision and have project management skills in order to effectively work with agencies and internal teams to develop full lifecycle programs resulting in acquisition-based campaign vehicles. You are comfortable with providing executive-ready market insights, recommendations on strategy, as well as opportunities that turn customer insights into actionable plans for various acquisition targets. You are customer focused and have the attitude to provide them winning solutions.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience working with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies.

  • Experience working in the strategy management consulting industry.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.

  • Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level). Specifically around new value propositions & plans we take to market.

  • Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities. You will create tools if they don’t exist.

  • Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.

  • Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
