Salary range: £50,000 – 65,000

You will work with the Compliance and Risk Management team to develop, plan, implement, monitor and manage the company’s compliance with internal and external control requirements.

  • Auditing current controls and performance monitoring elements to assess effectiveness.
  • Applying auditing techniques within federal and state regulation standards.
  • Interacting with various levels of management and staff in conducting interviews and testing for internal processes.
  • Auditing ongoing processes to assure continued compliance.
  • Preparing report(s) based on the results of audits/tests to be presented and shared with senior staff.
  • Assisting in the oversight of the management and maintenance of policies and procedures related to Quality Management and Information Security Management.
  • Ensuring all information of confidential nature is held in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Serving as the liaison with external audits.
  • Ensuring all audit records and documentation are accurate and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers regarding audit results, recommendations and corrective actions.
  • Managing corrective action programs to ensure they are acted on and closed in a timely manner.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
  • Knowledge of control standards, procedures, and applicable codes.
  • Implementing and managing compliance programs.
  • Extensive technical experience with Information Technology and Information Security
  • Experience in leading Business Continuity for an Enterprise scale Company and a lead auditor in ISO 22301:2012 - Business Continuity Management Systems
  • Business process identification, process implementation and process improvement within a global enterprise environment
  • Past experience must include knowledge and exposure to Managing security compliance programs for data centre(s) and global telecommunications units, spanning for more than 50 global locations.
  • Past experience of Network Operations Centres and Security Operations Centres is imperative.
  • Global risk management knowledge and experience, to help aid the ability to identify business risk.
  • The ability to provide security training and awareness to a company wide audience.
  • The ability to identify and drive cost efficiencies across the business to increase revenue.


Even better if you have:

  • A degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of information technology, networking or computer science is beneficial
  • Ability to work well independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of SSAE SOC assessments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems promptly.
  • Knowledge of Risk Assessment Methodologies.
  • Experience in auditing work, such as internal auditing, auditing of management information systems or other experience that involved critical thinking skills.
