The Finance Organization

FP&A Corporate and Business Unit Team

Move beyond compiling data and help tell the story behind the numbers. The Business Unit facing positions offer opportunities to drive better business partnering and insights, while growing your FP&A leadership and interpersonal skills. You are considered a business partner and your contributions will make a difference. You’ll become involved in, but not limited to, pricing decisions and new initiatives to develop new products and services. You can have an impact on new business growth opportunities through development of business case scenarios.

  • Provide support to Global Cost Modeling team in transitioning cost models to a data warehouse environment.
  • Create a sustainable data gathering and data processing architecture that supports unit cost model requirements.
  • Run monthly PROMAT (3 way match) processes that models rely on to build accurate cost models and provide a reconciliation link to the overall product profitability.
  • Provide ongoing support to team members that need assistance with stored procedures, view or function code.
  • Initiate, design, and build test processes to ensure a high level of data quality and optimal system performance.
  • Maps source system data to data warehouse models.
  • Translate business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions.
  • Maintain and execute data warehouse security best practices and document technical specifications as needed.
  • Proactively work to improve the integrity of cost model data for reporting.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of Excel.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence stack (SQL Server, SSIS) including advanced knowledge of: SQL Server programming (T-SQL, Functions, CLR) and OLAP technologies.
  • Solid experience using leading industry BI tools ie Tableau, Power BI or similar.
  • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving and metadata skills.
  • The ability to translate business questions and requirements into reports, views, and BI query objects.
