Provide oversight of vendor telesales for Verizon ConnectsMicrofleet business. We need a self-reliant, high energy and motivated candidate to facilitate strong KPI performance from our outsourced vendor.

This position will focus on:

  • Vendor Performance Management: Accountable forB2B SALES performance in the 1-4 space for Reveal.
  • Development and Implementation of sales incentive programs designed to motivate telesales to exceed revenue goals.
  • Long term strategy to ensure continued growth in the Microfleet space 1-4 vehicles
  • Auditing of vendor results and key performance indicators with the intent to drive continued improvement in subscriber counts, revenue and churn.
  • Partner with outsource vendor to report and readout on performance
  • Ensuring service levels are adhered to in order to provide and excellent customer service experience

What we’re looking for...


  • Train, coach and motivate vendor support staff and telesales agents, driving subscriber growth and revenue.
  • Realtime monitoring and adjusting based on call center metrics and sales program results.
  • Develop performance improvement initiatives and Telesales strategies.
  • Be a customer advocate and ensure the outsourced vendor is providing "white glove" treatment
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams around upcoming promotions and product enhancements to insure that the telesales team is positioned to support.
  • Manage escalations, leads and process impacts from the field, retail and indirect sales channels.
  • Ensure outsourced vendor is aligned with SOW components and can mitigate failures of adherence with vendor

You’ll need to have:

  • 2 years or more of extensive B2B sales experience
  • Call Center Experience
  • Track record of strong sales results. Ideally, individual and team
  • Have the ability and know how to manage remotely
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong background in managing a funnel and monthly quota
  • Great attitude!
  • A desire to win every day!

Even better if you have:

  • 2 years or more of call center experience
  • Vendor Management experience

This is a non-commissioned position with Base Salary + STI
