This is a full-time position based at the Visible office in Alpharetta, GA, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.

Your Role at Visible:

VISIBLE team is continuously working on new technologies to enhance the customer experience. And you can be part of it. Your role will involve Tactical Application Lead at the Visible. Responsible for improvements to the Visible ecosystem, focusing on Salesforce/Vlocity, Matrixx, and Apigee applications. Working in collaboration with the CareOps team, Visible Engineering and Application Support to deliver quick fixes and improvements. You will be working on the latest public cloud platform and cutting edge CRM products and API Management Tools. Your important work will help us deliver a high performing App / Website to delight our customers.

What You’ll Do at Visible:

  • Performance Improvements and Urgent fixes to the Vlocity / Apigee components of the Visible Platform

  • Collaborate and coordinate the CareOps Team and address urgent needs of the VisibleCare platform

  • Project Management of various features, defects, enhancements coming into the Visible Platform

  • Leading solutions with regards to Visible production outages and gathering information to drive RCA

  • Collaborate with the Visible CDS Team to drive the network related fixes impacting the Visible Members

What we’re looking for...


  • Experience with Public Cloud Platforms [GCP/AWS/Azure ] - GCP Preferable

  • Expertise in SalesForce

  • Strong performance tuning capabilities

  • Knowledge of Vlocity Platform or Matrixx Systems is a big plus

  • Knowledgeable with Apigee software

  • Performance tuning experience with enterprise applications

  • Project management skills, Jira, MQ
