What you’ll be doing...

Full-time role in Customer Operations department of being obsessed with assuring best customer experience and service level in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. Daily activities covers dealing with basic and advanced complexity of technical support cases related to products and services offered by Verizon Connect.

Essential job functions:

Serve as technical customer support expert while dealing with basic and advanced complexity matters related to SaaS fleet management products and solutions;

Handle incoming external and internal calls & emails from customers, other departments as well as vendors by raising, investigating (troubleshooting) and escalating cases with end-to-end accountability;

Identify customer concerns and issues, be accountable for it and take necessary actions for achieving fastest possible resolution and assuring highest customer satisfaction level;

Actively cooperate with other departments and stakeholders in global organisation while dealing with assigned matters and self-identified opportunities;

Contribute to internal and external tech

What we’re looking for...

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in supporting IOT/telematics branch customers and clear understanding of what drives customer satisfaction, as well as strong willingness to develop further.

Technical professional we are looking for should have well developed skills listed below:

Technical ICT background/knowledge;

Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English is required;

Communicative verbal and written skills of German, Polish or other European languages are an advantage (not mandatory);

Strong communication and listening skills;

Well-developed time management and prioritization skills;

Structured “can-do” approach to open matters and tasks in a demanding environment;

Methodical and conscientious documentation skills;

Willingness to develop while identifying opportunities over self-reflection.
