What you’ll be doing...

We are committed to providing the highest levels of compliance and you will be supporting managers on projects related to non-US tax compliance, accounting, audit and planning. Your work will have a direct impact on our reported financial results and ensure compliance.

  • Conducting Tax Compliance through preparation of Forms 5471, 8858 and 8865 in CorpTax, E&P,Subpart F and Form 1118 analysis, FBAR compliance, and FATCA compliance and Form 1042 reporting.
  • Performing Non-US Income Tax Accounting by supporting calculations and OneSource input related to non-US income tax provision calculations and FIN 48 analysis.
  • Conducting IRSAudits – data collection and preparation of IDR responses.
  • Supporting Global Tax Planning team on M&A activity, other transactions and modeling related to the implementation of corporate tax reform.

Additionally, you will be responsible for LATAM & Canada direct & indirect tax return compliance and Tax Audit support.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • International tax experience in public/private sectors.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Taxation.
  • CPA.
  • 3+ years of international tax experience in public/private sectors. Ideally, Big 4 corporate tax experience.
  • CorpTax and OneSource experience.
  • Working knowledge of Accounting for Income Taxes.
  • Strong computer skills; training in automation programs (i.e., Alteryx).
  • Ability to work effectively and efficientlywhile holding to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Effectively handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to department and organizational objectives.
  • Worked collaboratively within and across organizational lines to achieve common goals.
  • Capability to communicate verbally or in writing openly and on a variety of tax technical matters.
