What you’ll be doing…

• Develop field marketing plans for improving sales and profitability.
• Recommend innovative and creative marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands.
• Identify and suggest process and systems improvements that enhance the goal of providing sales more qualified leads to engage.
• Help internally promote marketing programs; meet with sales managers and reps to learn about the business and gain adoption and support for marketing efforts.
• Understand KPI and maintain effectiveness of demand generation campaigns
• Undertake Market Research and Voice of the Customer activity within chosen segments to fully understand the market and develop segment specific value propositions and material.
• Launch integrated campaigns into chosen segment and provide monitoring, analysis and feedback to measure the success of the campaign.
• Assist in planning and scheduling marketing campaigns, tradeshows, conferences, industry meetings, etc.
• Act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding market related activities.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• BA or BS in Marketing or Business
• 5+ years marketing or business development experience in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Experience of launching and running integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience with Salesforce.com

• Ability to combine creative skills within a broader marketing mix
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in both planning and execution of marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to report and demonstrate ROI on marketing activities
• An ability to respond with a sense of urgency in sales driven culture
