What you’ll be doing...

Stakeholder Engagement
• Develop close relationships with customer-facing teams: understand how they operate, the issues they face, and partner to increase their success
• Develop and update internal presentation material for internal updates and engagements
• Own, plan and facilitate various engagements, meetings and updates throughout the business to help educate and motivate our customer-facing teams.
Messaging and Content
• Become a source for quality product positioning around key market problems facing small business customers
• As our local resource, be the subject matter expert on EU and ROW market needs to drive differentiated messaging
• Own source-of-truth material that will enable Marketing and Learning & Development teams to accurately talk about our products and features
• Identify internal and external knowledge gaps; Then, own the case for developing new content and collateral to eliminate them
• Participate in occasional customer activities (ex. Interviews, user testing, events) to increase your understanding of the target customer
• Drive the SMB go-to-market strategy, focusing on how changes to the product enhance the experience for our internal teams and customers
• Work closely with Marketing’s go-to-market facilitators to educate them on the impact of our releases and associated messaging
• Provide regular updates in go-to-market meetings to help fuel discussions on timing and deliverables
• Write concise copy for internal emails and newsletters about product changes, news and updates
• Possess tight coordination with Product Management on upcoming releases, understanding of new product initiatives and launches and alignment on messaging
Product Operations
• Tackle the projects that will make Product Management more efficient and customer-centric --from how we respond to feedback, to how we work with each other
• Look for ways where Product Management can better work with surrounding teams and drive the operational changes to make it happen

Market Expertise
• Be the expert for your local market by looking for additional opportunities to enhance the product and deliver value
• Regularly meet with Product Managers to update them on your findings and recommendations
• Serve as a stakeholder for helping validate feature requirements and the business case for new roadmap items impacting your local market

What we’re looking for...

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate must have the following experience and capabilities:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Relevant experience in Product Management or Product Marketing, preferably working with B2B software
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Ability to manage needs from cross-functional teams members against tight deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a knowledge and appreciation of other departmental functions including sales, marketing, development, operations and customer support
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Must be able to travel as required by the business
• Collaboration and ability to adapt to team-working is critical
• Self-starter – ability to work semi-independently to identify issues and work on them on your own initiative
• You’ll need to be able to speak the languages of “customer”, “sales” and “developer”, but with an emphasis on “customer”.
The role is based in our Reading office, and reports into the Senior Manager for Rest of World Product Management
