What you’ll be doing...

Manage a team of professionals tasked with analyzing key business and customer data and trends, and provide actionable business insights and plans to the target audience. Lead/manage a team of professionals to deliver multiple projects with different business sponsors. Manage multiple complex high-visibility projects with different business sponsors. Use business intelligence and business analytics techniques to analyze customer data and trends and influence business strategies. Structure the methodology and frame work for analytics and guide the team to execute against this framework. Use analytical, big data and reporting expertise to provide information that will guide strategy and decision making across the business. Empower decision making around strategic initiatives, programs, and impacts from competitive actions. Present complex concepts, results and course correction recommendations to multiple stakeholders. Make connections between data derived from different sources, synthesize it into one complete picture, and present data driven narratives to business sponsors and senior staff to drive the company's priorities. Champion the capabilities of the team and value of data-driven decision making to leaders. Manage a team with different levels of experience to carry out the analysis and reporting. Develop the Business Intelligence function, talent, and capabilities. Analyze complex data, prepare reports, and present findings to multiple stakeholders. Work in consumer related services, financial services, or technology, and work with multi-channel distribution. Utilize SPSS, Microsoft Cubes, and relational databases.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Technology, Statistics or Data Analytics followed by 6 years of progressive experience using business intelligence and business analytics techniques to analyze customer trends and to influence business strategies. 6 years of experience leading/managing a team of professionals to deliver multiple projects with different business sponsors. Experience therein to include 4 years of experience in consumer related services, financial services, or technology services; and 4 years of experience working with multi-channel distribution. Experience therein to include 2 years of experience with SPSS, Microsoft Cubes, and relational databases. Must reference CHAP1-W
