Specific responsibilities include:

  • Hunt in a large white-space territory for new logo customers and grow them into future flagship global customers
  • Develop long term partnerships with accounts, securing strategic sales opportunities that drive profitable revenue growth
  • Develop and propose complex solutions, encompassing products and services, across multiple towers of technology
  • Lead a global account team, developing and executing business plans, driving executive-level contact planning and ensuring effective team communication
  • Promote value added services such as network, cloud, managed security, mobility, digital media, etc.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; native Japanese and business level English required.

Even better if you have:

  • Strong track record of achievement in new logo / hunter sales within the telecommunications and/or IT industries, with a focus on Japanese MNC (Nikkei 200) customers.
  • A healthy network nurtured over years of relationship building.
  • Deep experience in developing and selling global complex technology solutions, exceeding targets and growing a business.
  • Ability and desire to work with international teams cross-functionally.
  • Ability to present and speak at senior executive levels.
  • Well-developed presentation and problem solving skills to help solve customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and handle product-related discussions with customers.
