What you’ll be doing...

You will work in the 24x7 Network Operations Centre responsible for the management and repair of complex integrated customer solutions. You will act as the first point of contact for the customer, to raise and manage incidents and drive restoration of their network services. Come work with the latest technology in a global company.

  • Performing fault identification, diagnosis and resolution on a 24x7 basis.
  • Taking corrective actions for all incidents on the customers’ network.
  • Communicating with the customer, vendors and internal teams.
  • Initiating activities to restore service.
  • Engaging and working with internal teams and/or external vendors.
  • Working closely with engineering teams responsible for the design of the customers’ solution.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of networking – routing, switching and wireless technologies at minimum CCENT level.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology.
  • Fluency in English.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Cisco certification, such as CCENT, CCNA, CCNP.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability.
  • Team-player and service focused mindset with excellent communications skills and structured work approach.
  • Focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Experience in a service provider or service desk environment.
  • Basic UNIX knowledge.
  • ITIL Foundation v3 Certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
