What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be leading a team of engineers responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of wireless technology and network solutions for our largest business customers. Working with both internal and external customer teams, you’ll identify sales opportunities, develop appropriate customer solutions, and implement and support the solutions after the close of the sale. You will also provide the technical direction and oversight necessary for successful project completion, delegating work as appropriate for internal and external program execution. We are constantly innovating to bring cutting-edge technologies to our customers to help them work smarter and faster. You can be part of the team to make this happen.

  • Communicating and translating functional and operational goals into team goals and providing the support and guidance necessary for optimal team performance.
  • Managing the implementation of policies and procedures across the team and customer base.
  • Providing implementation and on-going support to new and existing customers utilizing wireless data, M2M, IoT, unified communications, cloud computing, and core networking services.
  • Acting as the escalation point for external customers and internal staff on technical customer issues and recreating malfunctions at customer sites to troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications.
  • Guiding and developing a team to provide customer needs analysis, engineering and design of technical solutions, technical presentations, and technical consultation to internal and external customers.

You are a seasoned leader who has the technical expertise and management capabilities to work effectively with diverse teams of both internal and external customers. Understanding the latest trends and technologies and the possibilities it creates excites you. As a strong communicator, you can explain complex technical systems in a straightforward manner by taking into account the capabilities of the audience and adjusting your message as appropriate. You are skilled at leading teams of all sizes and find coaching and mentoring more junior associates personally rewarding.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience leading teams in sales or support roles.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in customer facing positions (sales, sales engineering, consulting).
  • Architecture experience in conceptualization, definition and development of IT or telecom based products and services.
