The purpose of the Sales Operations organization is to drive increased sales revenue through all VZC direct sales segments, products and geographies, through optimized customer acquisition, expansion and renewal. We measure success in increased sales productivity day-over-day, month-over-month and year over year


  • Collecting and cataloging measures and definitions across the Business Intelligence organization.
  • Identifying and validating data inconsistencies along with outage communications and resolution tracking.
  • Coordinating with leaders across the business to standardize measures.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate's Degree
  • 5 years of reporting experience
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the business, from customer engagement to developer issue resolution.
  • Ability to catalog and document these interactions within any number of toos, such as Access, Excel, Word, or web form.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to comfortably communicate upward or across organizations.
  • Ability to identify issues and take initiative to drive issues to resolution.
  • Ability to translate and understand complex technical methodologies to engineers and leaders.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience
