What you’ll be doing...

  • Working shifts as a tier 2 engineer in a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC).
  • Becoming an operational in-depth technical expert for a complex and bespoke managed data center solution.
  • Being a key escalation point for tier 1 teams.
  • Troubleshooting, classifying and correlating network incidents and problems on tier 2 level.
  • Implementing network changes.
  • Building and maintaining customer specific documentation.
  • Joining conference calls to assist customer change or testing activity.
  • Providing technical and service related training to tier 1.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Cisco professional level certification (CCNP) or equivalent knowledge.
  • Team player with demonstrated excellent communications skills and a structured work approach.
  • Experience in implementing or operating complex IP networks.
  • ITIL certification or understanding.
