What you’ll be doing...

Provide technical support for Verizon’s Unified Communication Products. This position is for a technician who will provided first level support for Verizon’s Virtual Communications Express (VCE) VoIP product along with Repair & MACD support for other Verizon's UC products.

  • The candidate who fills this position will work directly with VCE customers and the VCE cloud vendor Cisco to resolve customer’s phone, platform, quality and network issues.
  • In addition, the technician will troubleshootrepair issue and process MACD requests.
  • Will communicate directly with customers and Verizon account teams via phone and by electronic communication methods.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have....

  • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of experience
  • Two or more years of Voice/VoIP support experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work in a 24x7 environment and be available for weekend support as needed.

Even better if you have...

  • Some knowledge of Cisco Call Manger.
