What you’ll be doing...

The Verizon Location Solutions team is seeking an Account Manager to join the sales team. In this role, you will be driving engagement and new business with our biggest client – ourselves! You’ll be responsible for the development of new pitches, the tracking of strategic value and operational support for our Location Solutions commercial product leaders. This includes managing the day-to-day relationships with the Verizon product managers, helping to educate them on our capabilities and documenting their feedback, ideate on new potential market solutions, drive concepts from ideas to prototypes, and assist with business cases and ROI. You will team with product managers, project managers and marketing to help organize and manage the wide array of business units and investments across this Fortune 15 customer. You will help ensure partner satisfaction through the development of custom client strategies, tracking and reporting on product performance, developing new and innovative solutions and managing expectations for project timing, performance and costs.

  • Collaborating with commercial product managers to develop proposals, provide solution evaluation, cost and price negotiations.
  • Maintaining and managing the day-to-day business relationships with your Verizon stakeholders and clients, and identifying growth opportunities on key businesses.
  • Managing the VLS concept funnel with Verizon product managers.
  • Assisting with driving the creation of prototypes.
  • Concisely communicating and managing expectations with the client on capabilities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assisting with business case development and ROI analysis.
  • Serving as primary point of contact to existing clients on general account maintenance.
  • Providing technical guidance on product specifications and providing troubleshooting/conflict resolution.
  • Tracking and analyzing usage trends and preparing internal reports.
  • Utilizing third-party research tools to support strategy development and providing competitive analysis.
  • Optimizing current product offerings and creating new product offerings in tandem with operations and product teams.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in large client solution sales or account management in the field of digital advertising, technology, or data solutions.
  • Product Management experience with a background in digital.
  • CX design expertise.
  • Business case development experience.

  • Skilled at quickly developing presentations, reporting and other internal documents for strategic stakeholder and product pitches.
  • Collaborating with others to complete work with strong focus in driving the business forward.
  • Proven to be customer centric. Promoting customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty.
  • Proven understanding of digital marketplace and knowledge of our competitive landscape.
  • Working effectively with excel in a matrix organization and capability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily.
