What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead, train and motivate a team of 4-6 employees responsible for the monthly review/reconciliation of data, system updates and payments to content providers.
  • Oversee the compliance of content payments to contract terms/rates.
  • Provide leadership on the implementation and auditing of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls and contract review audits.
  • Drive strategic initiatives supporting corporate expense reduction and/or revenue improvement initiatives.
  • Provide financial analysis support on content to Acquisition team, Finance, FP&A and Accounting.
  • Handle project management for new product initiatives and settlement system enhancements.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Financial analysis and project management experience.

Even better if you have:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Computer Science.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced understanding of content contract terms, SOX controls, VSG system flows, and VSG data tables/querying.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate issues across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with an ability to investigate and determine the root cause of issues.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives and project management.
  • Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
