What you’ll be doing...

Your primary responsibility will be building and monitoring reconciliations that monitor our system integrity and help to proactively solve any issues that may be with the systems by working with IT/Network.

  • Utilizing various tools such as ACSS, VISION, POS, MARS, CPI, EDW and REVO to help ensure the integrity of our data and systems.
  • Reviewing various transactions for accuracy in the systems above covering order processing, online transactions, promotions, billing, rating, etc.
  • Acting as a liaison between various parts of the business, including Market Finance, IT, Customer Care, Receivables Controls, Fraud, and BGCO.
  • Collaborating with various HQ and Area teams/departments to identify business gaps, risks and resolutions associated with the issues, while developing and managing strategic plans end-to-end in order to mitigate or eliminate concerns.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of related front-end systems such as ACSS, VISION, POS, MARS, CPI, EDW and REVO.
  • VZW Data Warehouse and Oracle SQL querying experience.
  • Experience with PC related applications such as Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Systems audit experience.
  • Strong knowledge of how our systems work from orders processing, record generation, OCS operation, billing and rating.
  • Understanding of IP addresses and other basic internet terminology.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information, and to relate and compare data from different sources and identify cause and effect relationships.
  • Ability to work as an expert in the technical functions of billing/customer management and network signal generation systems.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex and/or technical information clearly and concisely to all levels within the organization using tact, persuasion, and discretion to effectively achieve objectives.
  • Basic understanding of the company’s financial systems and the ability to partner with Finance to ensure integrity of related financial reports and analyses.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
