What you’ll be doing...

Move beyond compiling data and help tell the story behind the numbers. The team is responsible for reporting and analysis of the device payment program in support of Asset Backed Securities (ABS). This position offers opportunities to drive better business partnering and insights, while growing your Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leadership and interpersonal skills. You’ll become involved in the assessment of risk for the securitization deals and new initiatives to improve analysis and insights. This position offers exposure to structured finance by supporting Treasury’s ABS program.

  • Support senior leadership through the maintenance and analysis of dashboards and metrics related to the Device Payment and Asset Backed Securitization.
  • Partner with Treasury to support Asset Backed Securitization efforts.
  • Produce detailed and meaningful ad hoc analytics in support of business needs.
  • Assist with the enhancement of a mechanized process to produce and deliver reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle the complexity of the daily activities and think both tactically and strategically to deliver quick but efficient solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage continuously evolving business needs.
  • Provide data governance to support enterprise data warehouse tables.
  • Work independently as well as within a team environment to achieve team goals.
  • Monitor changes to the device program and assess impact to KPIs.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other analytical field.
  • MBA.
  • Advanced Knowledge of SQL and Wireless Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Tableau.
  • Strong data and business analytics skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and project management.
  • Strong financial modeling and business acumen with demonstrated out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Solid problem solving skills and a desire to learn and contribute to team success.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple competing priorities.
